| A: Most of our wedding bands and rings ship out within one (1) business day. Jewelry WebStore also manufactures rings that are made-to-order, which can take from 3 to 10 business days. | Q: How do I obtain my tracking number? |
| A: Tracking numbers are provided via e-mail. Once your order leaves our manufacturing warehouse, our shipping department ensures that your account is updated with the tracking number. You can view this information by logging onto your account with the username and password you created. |

A: Jewelry WebStore offers a 30-day money back guarantee. The 30 day period begins from the date your receive your order. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please our Customer Service Department at 866-808-0404 or 213-683-1137 within our operational hours of Mon-Fri from 9:30am-5:00pm PST or email us at info@jewelryWebStore.com to obtain a Return Authorization # and instructions to process your return and exchange accurately and promptly.
We always recommend insuring the item for your protection as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are returned.
Please note that if you receive an incorrect item or a damaged ring, we refund up to $8.00 of your shipping costs.

| Q: Can I engrave the ring I purchased? |
| A: Jewelry WebStore offers free hand engraving for most gold rings. We also provide precise laser engraving for most of our wedding bands and rings, including tungsten and titanium rings. At this time diamond items and gold bands of 2mm width or smaller can only be laser engraved. Laser engraving is $30.00. Please note that all engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable. |

| A: We offer free UPS Ground shipping for all orders. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee: 2nd Day Air is $14.95 and Next Business Day Air is $24.95. We always recommend checking the availability of your item before choosing a shipping method. |

| A: Jewelry WebStore will ship orders to Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The shipping cost for orders to Canada is $19.95 for UPS Standard (7-10 business days) or $54.95 for UPS Worldwide Express. The cost for shipping to Puerto Rico is $19.99 for 2nd Business Day Air and $29.99 for Next Business Day Air. Shipping to the US Virgin Islands is $54.95. For all other territories, Express shipping is only available for the fee of $54.95. Please note that Jewelry WebStore is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that you may incur. Customs and duty fees are based on the purchase price of the item and are usually 10-15% extra. Please check with your local customs office for exact rates. |

| A: For orders shipping within California, we must charge sales tax. Currently, the rate is 9.75%. There is no sales tax for orders shipping outside of California. International orders may be charged customs fees. |

| A: We strongly recommend visiting a jeweler in your area to obtain your ring size. Ring widths (the wider the ring, the tighter the fit) and fits (comfort fit vs. standard fit)will make a difference in sizing. We suggest to first find a style you like on our site, review the item information, and try the rings on. If you are not able to follow these suggestions, keep in mind that we do have a 30-day return policy. |

| A: Yes. Jewelry WebStore only works with vendors who ensure that the diamonds are conflict free. All diamond suppliers are screened and must be affiliated with the Kimberley Process. |
